Convertible Loan Note, Whitewash and General Meeting Circular
As per section 12 of the Circular, copies of the following documents are available here, and/or for inspection at the offices of the Company during normal business hours of any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in England and Wales excepted) from the date of this Document up to and including the date of the General Meeting. However, it should be noted that due current Covid-19 restrictions it will not be possible for shareholders to inspect the documents at the Company offices and so this online source should be used.
