The Directors of Egdon Resources plc are please to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held at the offices of Buchanan Communications at 11.30 am on 3 December 2009 all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.
At the meeting the Managing Director Mark Abbott presented a review of the business and its plans for 2010 which is now available on the Company's website www.egdon-resources.com. (see below)
