Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) the UK-based onshore exploration and production company primarily focused on the hydrocarbon-producing basins of the UK and Europe, announces that its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 July 2011 will be announced on Monday 7 November 2011.
