Egdon Resources plc (the "Company") was informed yesterday that Mr Walter Roberts, a Non-Executive Director, purchased on 11 February 2009, 100,000 shares at 9 pence in the name of his minor daughter.
Mr Roberts' total beneficial shareholding in Egdon is now 1,191,750 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
