The issued share capital of Egdon Resources plc consists of 130,969,094 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. No Shares are held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 130,969,094 .

Shareholders may use the figure of 130,969,094 Shares as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of Egdon Resources plc Ordinary shares.
