The Company was notified today that following a sale of 31,250 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 September 2006, AIM VCT plc now holds 1,392,806 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 2.96% of the issued share capital.

The Company was also notified today that following a sale of 18,750 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 September 2006, AIM VCT 2 plc now holds 2,282,252 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 3.99% of the issued share capital.
