7 November 2006 - Holding in Company

The Company was notified today that, following acquisitions of ordinary shares in Egdon Resources, as at 2nd November 2006 Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited held an interest in 5,928,333 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 9.06% of the issued share capital.
