5 May 2006 - Holding in Company

The Company was notified today that on 2 April 2006, following acquisitions of ordinary shares in Egdon Resources (“Ordinary Shares”), Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited held an interest in 3,463,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.06 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
