5 July 2006- Holdings in Company

The Company was notified today, that following the purchase of 50,000 ordinary
shares in Egdon Resources ("Ordinary Shares"), JP Morgan Flemming Mercantile
Investment Trust plc now hold an interest in 4,005,537 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 7.01 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital
of the Company.
