4 July 2006 - Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 30th June that as at 28th June 2006, following
disposals, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited held an interest in
3,213,333 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 5.62% of the issued
share capital.
