29 June 2006 - Holdings in Company

The Company was notified today that JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile Trust Plc
("JPMFMIT") purchased 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which increased
JPMFMIT's shareholding in the Company to 3,445,537 ordinary shares, which
represents 6.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
