The Company was notified today that, following acquisitions of ordinary shares
in Egdon Resources, as at 16th November 2006 Credit Suisse Securities (Europe)
Limited held an interest in 6,806,333 ordinary shares in the Company, which
represents 10.40% of the issued share capital.
