The Company was informed today that Mr Walter Roberts, Non-Executive Director, has for nil consideration transferred all his holdings of ordinary shares in Egdon to Giltspur Nominees Limited being: 312,500 ordinary shares on 31 May 2006; 146,750 ordinary shares on 7 September 2006; and 380,000 shares on 26 September 2006.

Mr Roberts’ total beneficial shareholding in Egdon remains unchanged at 1,026,750 ordinary shares, representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
