2 August 2006 - Holding in Company

The Company was notified today that as a result of acquisitions of ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ("Ordinary Shares"), Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited now has an interest in 3,513,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.15 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
