The Company was notified today that, following the recent placing, as at 9th
November 2006 JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust Plc held an interestof 4,573,008 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 6.99% of theissued share capital.
The Company was also notified today that, following acquisitions of ordinary
shares in Egdon Resources, as at 7th November 2006 Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited held an interest in 6,313,333 ordinary shares in the Company,
which represents 9.64% of the issued share capital.
